We concluded that, for the realization of " Complex Mural" to be placed in the Foyer of the new university, the technique painting to be used should consist of a base Acrylic / Polymer, since this technique allows the use of an advantageous range of materials necessary for such implementation to suit tower-tropical climate of our country, which is considered essential.

The various jobs I held in Panama, I tried to find technical advice, first order, to face the problems and difficulties peculiar to our region's climate, which is why I do my work advised by the technical offices of factories that produce the material to be used in my performances, usually Italian factories, mainly Florentine, which ensure reliability and guarantee the effectiveness of their products. Proposing

highly professional solutions for solving the various problems encountered, can ensure fair and good preservation conservation ensure a long life to the work. Having the above we have acquired expertise through the many works carried out, the tools necessary for the implementation of various projects, leaving a legacy demonstrative and indisputable and verifiable document, the same work done.

In the specific case of the Hall and the realization of that COMPLEX Muralist is necessary to expose the thoughts that led us to consider Acrylic Resins / Polymers and technical guidance for such implementation:









- As a first step, I conducted a detailed observation of the wall where the work place: a fence / wall panel made with network metal, Cement Compacted Concrete to have the two sides of the walls in a heated internal environment, perhaps subject to the stress of conditioned area or just natural temperature with the addition that the panels are paintings, found on the top, very close ceiling.

- is also important to note that these paintings will be bathed by the light indirectly artificially placed on the roof of the extructura.
The peculiarity of this modern structure, in a climate-conditioned and indirect light leads us to suggest, with total conviction, the following solutions:

The latest research conducted by me, show results in the need to avoid painting on the wall, as it requires a prior preparation, very specific and sensitive at the time of the construction of the wall in the which should be avoided inside Maya or metal networks and salnitrocidades in the composition of cement, only and could be ensured, over time, the resistance of the pigments and protection against weather conditions to which the work will be exhibited.

The use of paintings consisting of synthetic polymer resins with Acrylics art treatments (Acc/33) used for restoration and preservation of works of art, can cope with the particular case and particularly in our case, is appropriate for wear resistance over time as climate change where the humidity and atmospheric conditions, demand conditions impremiabilizacion elasticity and individuals. These technical considerations should be applied throughout the process of completing the work, which is why, to choose the material (fabric) and the preparation thereof, be used ONE technical criteria in order to solve the aforementioned problems. In addition, the materials (fabric, pigments, resins, antimufas, fungicides, and paints) are carefully prepared by the factory for optimum performance of such work.

addition to these considerations, I would recommend the following practical solutions, which yield results in the future, taking into account the handling and conservation of works of mural Complex:

- Using cloth racks for mounting to NO GLUE fabric to the walls. This method (racks) is most costly, but allows a practical level, the H of the work in the assembly stage, maintenance, cleaning and mobility of it.
- Placement of the 16 panels free of moorings to the same structure and, above all, permitted speedin in the placement phase, the windows or spaces between the fabric and the wall, giving to the work space for air circulation, fact useful for the proper conservation and protection work in the same climate. (Defensive barrier)
- Make it possible, in case of restructuring or consolidation of the architectural structure, its easy mobility, as well as with respect to the phase of "conservation-cleaning" of the work, allowing, if necessary, paint the entire structure, without excluding the walls where the fabric will be placed.

- FABRIC:

Colors (Paints) will be created in order to resist against the light and weather variations.

- FINAL VARNISH:

pure acrylic resin emulsion Acc/33

concepts will be treated under the conviction and certainty to put in the center of all subjects, the question of respect for diversity, the compatibility between Cultures, Human Solidarity. Nothing can justify the use of human thought, if not related to the principles of mutual tolerance and equality within diversity. That is the pattern that will guide the sketches of the 16 panels.
The first hypothesis can be clarified or enriched by new proposals, taking into account that are available only 16 panels.
